Electrical Tests	A Standard 100V Neon Circuit Tester can be used for this procedure.
Checking The Fuse	With the power OFF, disconnect the red wire from terminal 1 and secure it out of the way without touching any metal parts. With power ON test across terminals 3&4. If tester does not light, replace fuse.
Checking The Hot Rod	With the power OFF, disconnect the red wire from terminal 1 and secure it out of the way without touching any metal parts. With the power ON test between terminal 1 and end of wire disconnected from same terminal. If tester does not light, replace hot rod.
Check the Circuit Board	With the power OFF, disconnect the red wire from terminal 1 and secure it out of the way without touching any metal parts. With power ON, test across terminals 1 & 2. If tester does not light, replace circuit board.
Warning	This unit should not be operated if rod temperature exceeds 275 F. If smoke or fumes are detected, discontinue use of unit. For service assistance, call your distributor or Felrap World, Inc @ 800-969-4940
