FELRAPPER® F-240 Console Unit

1.  Place package on bridge and walk into sealing drawer. It will move back easily under the machine. Pull film up and over bundle. Pull enough film so that excess film can be wiped underneath rear of bundle.
2. Wipe film under package from center out so hands are on rear outer edge of bundle holding the film and lifting the package.
3. Step back with bundle, lifting up and past Hot Rod Cut Off area . The sealing plate will come out automatically. The film will cut off when bundle is placed down on the sealing plate. You now should have a tight band around the package. Stretch (do not crumple) the ends of the film out. Lift the package with one hand and wipe the stretched flap under the package. Repeat on the other end. The entire procedure should take a fraction of a minute!
